The Bassmaster Classic Fishing Tournament is taking place on Lake Conroe for two days next month, and is free for spectators.
Anglers come from all over the United States to participate in this tournament. Weigh-ins will be held daily at Minute Maid Park.
Running concurrently with the tournament is the Bassmaster Classic Outdoor Expo. It will be dedicated to bass fishing mainly, but it will also have automotive and boating accessories, camping gear, tackle, fishing rods and reels, and lures. Companies representing tournaments and organizations will also be on hand to provide information to the public about upcoming events. Booths are still available for rental, with sizes starting at 10 x 10 feet and costing $22 per square foot.
There will also be automobiles, motorcycles, and possibly RVs on display during the show. Members of the BASS Nation and Dick’s Scorecard will be treated to a free preview from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM on March 24.
This is a popular event in Houston that usually attracts over 100,000 visitors. To advertise, organizers may invest in poster printing services.
The Bassmaster Classic Outdoor Expo will be held at the George R. Brown Convention Center from March 24 to 26. Admission is free of charge, and fishing can be watched as of 7:20 am each day. To get the latest information about this event, visit the official website.
