Pasta comes in many styles, shapes, and sizes, and a Houston cookery class will teach how to make it from scratch in the home kitchen.
A pasta preparation class has been scheduled for Spindletap Brewery, and it will demonstrate how easy it can be to make this popular food. Attendees will be preparing tagliatelle-style noodles, and the instruction will be provided by an experienced chef.
The class will start off by preparing the pasta by hand, and the instructor will offer a demonstration of the techniques used to do this. It will then be time to make two different sauces, and the participants will be able to lend a hand. No experience is needed, and the ingredients used should be easy to find in the local area.
Everyone who Signs up for the activity is asked to arrive at least 15 minutes ahead of its scheduled start time so they can purchase a drink to enjoy and get settled. Recipe cards for a cookery class or other activity can be prepared by brochure printing companies.
This chance to learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch will be kicking off at 6:45 pm on Tuesday, May 28. The location for the activity will be 10622 Hirsch Road, and tickets, which can be ordered through its web listing, are $59 each.
