The 2015 IADC (International Association of Drilling Contractors) will meet early in 2015 in Houston. The event will take place at the Omni Hotel Houston Westside, celebrating the 75th anniversary of the association.
The conference will present programs exploring the topics of accident prevention, competency, training, and environmental protection in the drilling industry.
Exhibitor space is available at the conference. The $2,000 price includes a 10’ x 10’ space with a skirted table, two chairs, and electricity access. Space rental includes a free conference registration pass and two tickets at half price. Exhibitors can set up the day prior to the event after 3:00 pm.
Exhibitors can utilize the services of a local Print company for materials needed at the booth space. Banner printing is a frequent requirement as the Banners are placed at the booths to display the name of the company. They can be customized at any size and can incorporate the company’s theme and brand onto the sturdy vinyl.
Sponsorships are available, with four levels from which to choose. Diamond, platinum, gold, and silver sponsorships, starting at $5,000, can be arranged. Event sponsorships are also available at the conference.
