Comicpalooza is coming to Houston next month for three days.
It is the largest pop culture and comic convention in the state of Texas. This year, it will feature some very famous actors known for their work in science fiction television and film. Some of those confirmed are Kate Beckinsale, Lou Ferrigno, Water Keonig, Tara Reid, and Sigourney Weaver.
There are also set to be many writers and comic book artists in attendance. Attendees can sign up for special experiences with many of the stars, as well as photograph opportunities and autograph signings.
Other activities taking place during the three-day event include a writing workshop, a costume contest, and game tournaments. The dealers’ room will also feature a variety of merchandise for sale, such as comic Books, action figures, and Posters.
Houston poster printing companies may have been asked to provide advertising materials like Posters and Postcards in order to spread the word in the community.
Comicpalooza will take place at the George R. Brown Convention Center from June 17 to 19. Admission for adults is $30 for Friday, $40 for Saturday, and $35 on Sunday; for children it is $10 per day or $15 for a three-day pass.
