Houston beer fans who would like to find a new way to expand their palate will be congregating at a local establishment that will be one of the activities in the line-up for the Wild West beer fest.
The annual Flights and Bites will introduce ticket holders to some of the nation’s top brewers, and the flight will be paired with food prepared by a Houston steakhouse. The setting for the experience will be a private dining room at Flemings Prime Steakhouse, and there are enough seats for 100 guests.
The attendees will be enjoying a five-course dinner and beer pairings, and many of the beverages will be ones that tend to be difficult to find. Several breweries have already added their names to the list, and more are expected to do so as the function draws closer.
