Central Market Houston wants to make New Year’s Eve even more special, and to help make this happen, it has planned a special evening event.
The venue will welcome those who are age 21 and up for a tasty way to ring in 2022, and it will include both a culinary demonstration as well as a meal. The menu consists of five dishes as well as wine pairings, and everyone who registers will need to sign and return a waiver before they attend the function.
The two-hour long workshop will teach how to prepare festive dishes such as lobster bisque, potatoes mousseline, and slow-roasted beef tenderloin, and a dessert of flourless chocolate and vanilla cake will round out the menu. The organizers noted that the facilitator will teach the group in a way that will make it easier for them to prepare the feast in their own kitchen.
Planners of cookery classes may choose to order printed recipe cards so that the learners can reproduce the dishes on their own. Such materials can be ordered from a local printing services company, along with aprons and other items to use during an event.
Central Market Houston has made plans to welcome registrants for this festive evening on December 31. It will kick off at 6:30 pm and wrap up at 8:30 pm.
