Houston’s Town Center Park - Kingwood will be welcoming one and all for an event that will celebrate the nation’s birthday in style.
The neighbourhood will be marking Independence Day with an evening of fun, and as there will be a variety of Covid prevention measures in place, the attendees will be able to enjoy themselves safely. A limited number of food vendors will be on site, and the organizers are hoping it will be possible to have a kids’ zone on offer as well.
The current plans for the afternoon and evening include a schedule of live entertainment in what is intended to be a casual celebration. Once the sun goes down for the evening, the crowd will be treated to a fireworks show. Admission to the festivities is being offered at no cost so everyone can get in on the fun.
