Houston class to construct charcuterie boards

Autumn can be a fun time for social gatherings, and a Houston workshop will help hosts and hostesses wow guests at their next soiree.

Central Market Houston has scheduled a class that will cover creating charcuterie boards, just for those age 21 and up. Everyone will receive a glass of wine to sip on while they learn and work on their own arrangement, and tickets are $90.

Participants will learn about the various meats, cheeses, fruit, and other components often included on charcuterie boards, and at the end of the session they will take their masterpiece home with them. Registrants are asked to arrive at least five minutes ahead of the class’s scheduled start time so they can get settled in, and it is recommended they wear closed-toed shoes and keep their hair tied back if it is long. All of the ingredients, as well as the wine, are included in the registration fee.

The listing for the activity notes that participants will need to sign a waiver before they enter the kitchen. Stationery printers can prepare Letterheads and other documents for an event that requires this sort of measure.

This charcuterie board make-and-take will get started at 6:30 pm on Friday, August 30. Tickets for the activity, which will be held at 3815 Westheimer Road, can be purchased through its web listing.
