The city of Houston will be the setting for two cultural festivals next month.
The first is the 5th annual Original Greek Festival, which will benefit various local charities. Guests will enjoy a variety of Greek food and wine, cultural performances of dance, traditional dress, and cultural displays. Music will be provided by Alex Kalos.
The next week, the 39th Festa Italiana will be taking place. There will be traditional Italian food to enjoy, beverages to purchase, and Italian wines to sample. A bocce ball tournament, puppet shows, and cooking demonstrations will keep attendees busy, and there is also set to be a car show and screenings of Italian movies. Musical entertainment will be provided by such artists such as Aaron Caruso, Last Change, and Fab 5. Guests who wear a cowboy hat to Spaghetti Western Night will receive $2 off their ticket price.
Both of these events will allow Houston residents to get to know their neighbors and their cultures. To advertise, Flyers and Brochures are often distributed in the community for an event like this.
