Vegan Rodeo Weekend is set to take place this September in Houston.
The weekend’s events will be a presentation of Vegan State Fair and Veganchill Fest.
The festival is reportedly set to feature some of the best vegan BBQ in Texas. The first evening of the event is an invite-only vegan cook-off; Invitations are given by the vendors and competitors. This will take place from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
There will also be much more than food to enjoy. Organizers report that there will be carnival rides and games and musical entertainment. Saturday will feature a Selena tribute with a Selena impersonator and on Sunday music will be provided by a DJ and by soon-to-be revealed musical guests.
This event has been set up to show that BBQ does not have to be all about meaty brisket and ribs now that there are many non-meat and plant-based alternatives that can taste delicious. To help spread the word about events like this, Houston Stationery printers are often asked to provide Flyers and Brochures that can be inexpensively distributed in the community.
