The Taps and Turbos car show is taking place in Katy this November, having been postponed from its original date of August 1.
This is the first memorial benefit for Tyler's Bridge, and it is expected to be an annual event. Proceeds from this event will go towards scholarships for Texas students who will be attending university or trade schools with agriculture or technical majors.
The show will feature cars, trucks, and motorcycles. The cost to register a vehicle is $25, and the fee includes a custom pint glass and one beer. Participation is open to anyone.
There will also be a silent auction, a raffle, and musical entertainment. When the time comes for refreshment, food trucks will be on hand to provide food and drinks.
