The 8th annual Houston Latin Fest is taking place this June in the city. Originally planned for April 19, it has been postponed to a later date due to COVID-19 concerns.
As in each year, the festival celebrates the Latin culture in North, Central and South America as well as the Caribbean. Performers will be both local and hopefully international. There will be plenty of cultural performances such as dance, musical entertainment and, of course, lots of traditional foods and drinks.
Vendors will also be on hand to sell various merchandise. This will include arts and crafts, clothing, Latin-inspired souvenirs, and food to take home.
Sponsorships are still available to purchase to ensure the continuation of this popular festival.
Admission to the festival is $10 for people aged 13 and over. Tickets that had previously been purchased for the original date will be honored.
Locals can celebrate the rebirth of the country and the world by attending. To ensure as many people are aware of this event as possible, organizers will likely be working with Houston printing services companies to spread the word.
The Houston Latin Fest will be held at Midtown Park on June 14 from 1:00 to 10:00 PM. For those interested in becoming a sponsor or a vendor, looking to perform, or with any other concerns about this event, call 832-422-8936.
