An event is about to give every Houston dog, cat, and other pet its day, and the monies it raises will help all local companion animals in need.
Pawject Runway will be setting up shop for an evening at Regent Square, and the proceeds from the function will be donated to Rescued Pets Movement. It will be planned with pet lovers in mind. Anyone who would like to show off their furry, scaly or feathery friend in the runway contest can submit an entry to do so, and the function promises to be a fun-filled affair.
Along with the chance to strut their stuff, the activity will connect animal lovers with a variety of vendors that sell pet-related products and services. Beverage and food trucks will also be parked on site so the crowd can enjoy a bite to eat.
The pet runway parade is expected to be a real crowd pleaser, and prizes will be presented to the top three entries. A live DJ service will add even more fun to the evening. Prizes for a friendly competition can be prepared by a local company that prepares customized Corporate Gifts.
This all-ages celebration of the role companion animals play in people’s lives will begin at 6:00 pm on April 12. It is scheduled to take place at 3515 West Dallas Street.
