Beer and yoga collide in Gibsonia
Yogis and beer enthusiasts will meet in the middle next month, as a yoga session led by a local instructor will pair with a popular brewery for a day of wellness and enjoyment.
The Arcospire Brewing Company will pair with Sheri Ward, a local yoga instructor, with the goal of bringing these individuals together for a sit-and-stretch session. The gathering and yoga experience, which is geared toward both beginners and experienced yoga practitioners, aims to provide a warm and welcoming space to make new friends and meet with existing ones.
The yoga session will last one hour and will be a vinyasa-style experience. Participants will be encouraged to take sips throughout the class. Non-alcoholic beverages will also be available. Poster printing is an effective way to market and promote such events in and around the community while elevating visibility for sponsors.
Participants must bring a yoga mat, towel, or blanket for a comfortable stretching experience, as the class will be held on a hard surface. Comfortable clothes are also recommended, and no specialist yoga pants are required. Registered guests are asked to bring an open mind and an enthusiasm for beer.
