Doylestown dads to enjoy day just for them

Father’s Day is a time to show dad how much he matters, and a Doylestown activity will do just that.

The Father's Day Festival is right around the corner for the community, and admission to the event is free. It will offer activities for kids and fathers to enjoy as a family, and it will be taking place at The Tile Works.

The celebration will be filled with fun for all ages, and the entire occasion has been planned with dad in mind. Families can treat the fathers to food from one of the mobile eateries that will be rolling in, and there will be a makers’ market to browse through. Locally brewed craft beer, live music, and lots of other fun are also in the works. Everyone is encouraged to bring along a blanket or other portable seating, and the kids can spend some time at the crafting tables set up for them.

The planners of the festivities explained that, by popular demand, they have chosen a date ahead of Father’s Day. Banner printing services for a special event will be on offer at a local Print shop.

This salute to dads and all they do will be welcoming families on Sunday, June 11. The venue is located at 130 East Swamp Road, and additional information for the attendees and vendors that would like to join the fun can be found online on Doylestown’s Patch listing.
