A terrarium filled with specially selected plants can live for a long time, and those who take part in an upcoming Doylestown class will discover how easy it can be to craft one for themselves.
The facilitator in the Terrarium Workshop will be teaching the attendees how to prepare a dish garden that will grow under glass, and the registration fee is $60 each. The session has a scheduled run time of one hour.
During the activity, the attendees will learn how to choose plants that grow well together, and they will also be given tips for keeping their mini-ecosystem thriving. They will receive charcoal, soil, moss, and gravel, and they can purchase the plants and a container. While they work, they can socialize and get to know the other learners, and at the end of the activity, they will be able to take their project home with them.
Many people appreciate the opportunity to learn something new, and a workshop provides them an opportunity to do so. Organizers of such events will be able to order handouts ahead of time to distribute from area Stationery printers.
This opportunity to learn how easy it can be to put together a terrific terrarium will be offered on September 9th. The session will take place at 2100 Lower State Road, and tickets are available now.
