Doylestown adults invited to get crafting

Crafting pottery is an ancient art, and a Doylestown class series will offer an introduction to creating items using a wheel.

The four-week short course, which is intended for adults only, will teach techniques that can be used to create pottery. The students will make three pieces per class, and a variety of topics will be covered.

The learners will discover how pottery can be crafted using a variety of methods, and they will gain some hands-on experience using a motor-driven wheel. They will learn about clay as well how both bisque and glaze can be fired using a kiln, and the instructor will be on hand to offer tips and other support. The students will each receive five hours of studio time, and during this portion of the activity, they will trim, clean, and paint their items.

The registration fee for the workshop series is $171.60, and this includes taxes and other fees. A poster printing company can aid in promoting this sort of activity, and the materials it crafts can be posted throughout the community.

The Adult Wheel Class will be taking place at Art Dept Studios in Doylestown. Its scheduled start date is November 4th, and the following three classes will be held on the subsequent Wednesday nights, effectively meaning it takes place every Wednesday in November.
