Volleyball tournament brings competition in Lewis Center

Volleyball players who want to show off their skills and compete with the best will want to make a note in their Journals, as a tournament is coming to Lewis Center.

The Labor of Love Volleyball Classic 32 is preparing to welcome teams and spectators to raise money in support of the Olentangy High School Boys Volleyball Program. The tournament will span two days of play, and teams will have three competition levels to choose from when registering.

Each level is open to up to 24 teams, and the organizers are aiming to keep entry fees low to ensure all interested parties can participate. The host venue will provide ample free parking for all who visit the competition, and the gym will have air conditioning to keep the playing temperature under control. Flyer printing can help promoters and organizers spread the word about such tournaments and competitions around the town to increase awareness and bring in more attendees.

Concessions will be available during both days of the tournament to ensure players and spectators remain hydrated. The competition will set the stage for a fun holiday weekend.

Olentangy High School in Lewis Center will host the volleyball tournament, scheduled for August 30 and 31. Interested players can register to play online, with payments made by emailing Jason Fallon (jasvball123@gmail.com).
