Lewis Center residents are in for an exciting evening of equestrian racing and fundraising next month, as an evening of races is coming to town.
The Night at the Races event, organized by the Dublin-Worthington Rotary Club, is preparing to open its doors to interested parties who enjoy horse racing and want to help support a good cause. Participants will immerse themselves in the world of horse racing and enjoy the excitement of each sprint.
Guests will be joined by like-minded individuals to laugh and make new friends and connections. It is an ideal gathering for racing enthusiasts and other people interested in a fun and memorable evening in a family-friendly setting. In addition to the horse races, guests will enjoy sizable hors d’oeuvres to remain refreshed. Printing services are an excellent way to share horse names and odds at such events to aid bettors and other spectators.
A cash bar will be open to provide both alcoholic and non-alcoholic refreshments. Interested parties can also take their chances with a 50/50 raffle and place bids in a liquor auction. Spots are limited, and participants are encouraged to make reservations.
The Worthington Hills Country Club will host the horse racing fundraiser on Wednesday, April 23rd, with the doors opening at 6:00 PM. General admission tickets are available for $40 per person online.
