Goal-setting hike happening in Lewis Center
The Columbus division of The Beauty Boost will begin their Goal Hike Series, at a park in Lewis Center next month. Membership is not required to participate in the hike.
The hike will be led by Linsay DiPaolo, with juice supplied by Simplicity Juice. Hikers should arrive at the park on the morning of the hike with appropriate footwear, water, and a yoga mat or a towel for use during the empowerment session.
Participants will be given time to introduce themselves before the start of the hike. After the hike, DiPaolo will lead the group through a short encouragement and coaching session. Attendees will have the opportunity to share their experiences, and receive feedback from the group. The event is designed to ensure all participants leave feeling uplifted and energized.
The Beauty Boost is a community of women, empowering one another to live healthier, more successful lives. Members receive group coaching sessions, and are invited to attend fitness sessions, workshops and retreats. Virtual events and personal coaching sessions are also available. Yearly membership packages range from $99.00 to $175.00. Professional design and printing services are often used to design motivational apparel for clubs and events such as this.
