A sound bathing and healing session is being planned near Lebanon for next month, providing area residents with a space to relax and escape outside stressors.
The New Moon Sound Bath with Shadow Work Meditations will open enrollment for interested parties to sign up soon, with students exploring and experiencing the benefits of shadow meditation and healing soundwaves. The session is intended to help participants leave the venue feeling lighter, rejuvenated, and in love with life.
Marie Asbury of Soaring Soul Wellness will lead the session, using the sound bath to help attendees balance their chakras and reflect on life. Interested parties are encouraged to bring a yoga mat and water bottle to get the most from the sound bath experience. Flyer printing is a cost-effective way to generate impressions and raise awareness of such events around the town.
Participants will want to dress for comfort and wear layers, as the body may reach lower temperatures during some restful poses. Journals and other props are allowed into the sound bath, along with crystals for charging and pillows for comfort. Attendees can expect to feel whole and energetic at the course’s conclusion.
