Cyclists who are eager to put their endurance to the test will have an indoor race to look forward to, with the competition scheduled to start in March.
The Southwest Ohio Indoor Cycling Races have started accepting registrants for their upcoming competition, and interested cyclists are invited to showcase their skills. The event will be held in a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, and participants can bring their own bikes. The bikes will hook up to a Smart Trainer system to give riders a head-to-head cycling experience.
Each race can accommodate eight riders, and riders have seven time slots to choose from. The course will cover 10 kilometers with around 300 feet of elevation gain from start to finish. It will cover five hills, with each having around a 3 percent grade. Promoters can use flyer printing to place Flyers marketing the event around the community, with bulletin boards and other high-traffic areas generating impressions.
The organizers have partnered with the Ohio Senior Olympics, allowing them to expand to five-year age groups. This change has aligned the competition with USA Cycling categories. Participants will be awarded gold, silver, and bronze medals for their best times.
The competition will be held at Countryside YMCA in Lebanon, with the next race scheduled for Sunday, March 15th, at 9:00 AM. Registration is accessible online.
