Lebanon will be the location of a new pizzeria, though lovers of the tasty treat will have to wait a little while before they have their first slice.
Melissa and Jeff Ledford, owners of Catch-a-Fire Pizza, recently announced they plan to open a new location in the 511 North Broadway Development in Lebanon by the summer of 2021. Catch-a-Fire will be the development's first tenant, and the third store in the Greater Cincinnati area. Blue Ash will be the location of the second store, which is expected to open in spring, 2020. The original Catch-a-Fire opened its doors in 2016, inside MadTree Brewing in Oakley.
In making the announcement, Melissa said she and her husband chose Lebanon as the site of the third restaurant because of the downtown area, which is a charming, historic neighborhood with a family-friendly atmosphere. She added they have long admired this type of area, and are happy to be joining the community. There is a deeper connection as well, as Jeff's family is originally from Lebanon.
The Lebanon store will resemble the one in Blue Ash, which will offer a patio, exhibition kitchen, airy dining room, and bottle shop. There will also be a room guests can reserve for private parties. The menu in Lebanon will be similar to that in the first restaurant, featuring wood-fired pizzas, salads, appetizers, and desserts.
