The Annual Exercise Racing competition will be taking place in Lebanon this August.
The event will benefit FOP Lodge 133 and its outreach plans. This year, the event will be held in partnership with the City of Lebanon's Healthy Living Festival. Unlike previous years, the format of the competition has changed to accommodate participants of all fitness levels. The event is free, but donations will be accepted. The organizers are aiming to attract a wide range of participants.
The competition is a fitness race rather than a weightlifting contest, combining elements of “pump and run” with an obstacle race. Participants can choose to register as a team of four or as individuals. The race will cover multiple downtown parks and will involve various fitness challenges. Additionally, there will be a special category for corporate teams, offering them a chance to compete for the Guardian Games FitRace Corporate Team Cup Award provided by the City of Lebanon. Any organization, corporation, fire department, police or sheriff's office, or county or municipal participant that Forms a team of four can participate in this category.
Flyer printing is a great way to provide information about races such as this one.
The event will be taking place on Saturday, August 19, it will begin at 8:00 am. Its location will be at Bicentennial Park E Mulberry St, Lebanon, Ohio.
