MKSK Studios is looking to bring back its Urban Living Tour in the coming month. The event will give Columbus residents a chance to look at new house builds on the market.
MKSK is a group of architects, planners, and urban designers who want to engage with future homeowners and renters. Every year, they host the Urban Living Tour to give residents insight into the city’s housing opportunities.
The tour is self-guided, and participants will be free to explore different living accommodations, including apartments, houses, and the amenities that accompany them. Banner printing can be useful for such events to guide guests towards the different tour stops. Before the event starts, organizers will assign participants a check-in area, where they will pick up a booklet. These will contain information on the stops and also act as tickets for entry.
The tour will also follow COVID-19 protocols. Guests will be assigned different check-in locations so that they do not gather in one location. Participants will also need to wear face masks and practice social distancing during the tour.
The event is set to start on May 2nd at 9:00 AM and will end at 5 PM. Tickets for the tour are $10 and can be purchased online on the Eventbrite page. Part of the proceeds will go towards LSS Faith Mission, which provides housing for those in need.
