An early June day may be tailor made for sipping and savoring a glass of wine, and this is the experience on offer for attendees at a Columbus celebration.
For one day only, McFerson Commons will welcome the Columbus Summer Wine Festival. There are two session start times to choose from, and they both run for three hours.
Ticketholders for the session can sip their way along, sampling wines, hard seltzers, and wine spritzers. Even those who are not fans of vino will find lots to see and do, as a vendor area will provide a market-style experience. Each ticket grants the bearer 10 wine samples as well as a specially designed tasting glass they can keep. Only those age 21 and up will be permitted to enter, and IDs will be checked at the gate.
