Columbus Chamber offers lunch and learn

The Columbus Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a Leadership Luncheon in January to help its membership to hit the ground running in 2026.

The activity which will have a theme of “leading across generations”, will be open to chamber members hoping to learn and connect. It will include remarks from a selected speaker, and registration will open half an hour before the program begins.

Once they have checked in and found their seats, the attendees can mix and mingle before the presenter takes to the podium. Lunch is on the agenda, and a panel discussion is also in the works. The discussion will be centered on how a multigenerational workplace can be a strong workplace, and everyone will learn how tailoring motivation and communication styles to each can really pay off. Tips for meeting employee expectations and ensuring they each feel valued will be shared, and at the time this was written, spaces were still available.

A corporate or other mixer often includes lots of networking. Having a supply of business cards on hand will make it quick to share contact details, and they can be ordered from local business card printing companies.

The Athletic Club of Columbus is set to serve as the venue for this installment of the Chamber's Leadership Luncheon initiative on January 13th. Its doors will open at 11:15 am.
