Ohio’s ferret fans will be congregating in Columbus for a day that will be all about these popular pets.
The charity of choice for the 2022 Ferret Buckeye Bash of 2022 will be the Heart of Ohio Ferret Association and Rescue, which is a 501(c)(3) registered group. The public is encouraged to check it out in person so they can learn more about these companion animals and what can make them a great pet.
The show will feature four championship rings and 20 specialty rings, and owners will be showing ferrets throughout the day. Vendors will be setting up shop with a variety of cages, toys, feeds, and other gear, and playpens are permitted. Awards will be presented to the heaviest male and female ferrets, and tube races, a mini fashion show, and paper bag escape competition are also on the agenda. Raffle draws will round out the day.
To help make sure everyone walks away with a special souvenir, Joe and Suzy Digital Photography will be on hand, and there will be lots of props available so everyone can get a clear and fun photo of their furry friend. Business Cards, backdrops, and other printed materials for an activity will be on offer at a local Print shop.
The 2022 Ferret Buckeye Bash will be welcoming ferrets, their human companions, and anyone else interested on August 27 at the Ohio Expo Center and State Fair.
