Columbus culinary graduates to show off their skills

The graduating class at a Columbus post-secondary school will soon be demonstrating what they have learned during an evening event planned for the community.

Graduates will be working with Chef Adam Hagar to prepare a special meal that will showcase their newly acquired skills. It will be the final class for the learners, and it will include four courses.

At the function, which will take place in Mitchell Hall’s Heidelberg Mixology Lab, each guest will be able to choose from two options for their salad, soup, entrée, and dessert, with red and white wine to accompany the meal. Three different seating times have been scheduled so that as many diners a possible can be accommodated.

Tickets for the function are available now. Their price starts at $65 each, and anyone who is interested can choose the time that is best suited to their schedule. Printed Menus, table cards and other custom printed materials can help to make a function feel complete, and they may be sourced from local Stationery printers, along with an assortment of custom Drinkware.

This culinary celebration of the newest crop of graduates of the Restaurant Foodservice Management and Nutrition and Dietetic class at the Columbus State School of Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts will take place on Thursday, March 3. The first seating will begin at 6:00 pm.
