Columbus conservatory to host August evening event

The Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens provides Columbus with a chance to experience nature while also serving as a reservoir for biodiversity, and the August installment of one of its programs has been scheduled.

The Conservatory is celebrating summer by offering its Conservatory Explore Nights, and its August session will have a theme of “Splish, Splash, Explore.” This program is one of the facility’s newer initiatives, and it will be family friendly.

Kids who come to the celebration are welcome to arrive dressed as their favorite undersea cartoon character or ocean animal. Everyone can sit back and enjoy the live entertainment, and food trucks will be serving up an assortment of dishes. The adults can sip on signature cocktails or mocktails, and facilitated discovery stations and a scavenger hunt will help to add even more fun to the occasion.

Special events may call for the services of a poster printing company. It can prepare materials that provide information to the guests, themed decorations, and many other items that can add an extra touch to an occasion.

This evening of family fun at the Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens is on the way for Columbia for Saturday, August 5. It is scheduled to run from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm. Advance tickets are needed to attend the celebration, and these start at $15 for kids and $25 for adults.
