A group of “cruisers” from the Columbus area will be rolling in for an activity that will combine the excitement of a car show with the fun of a trunk or treat.
The Empty Pockets Cruisers club, which is a registered charity, will be hosting its 9th annual Trunk or Treat Car Show this October. A rain date has been set in case of inclement weather, and all models and makes are welcome.
The organizers of the afternoon explained that the registration fee for a vehicle is $10, and the proceeds will be donated to APC’s Children’s Charities. There will be 100 dash plaques on offer for the drivers, and there will be 50 different awards up for grabs, including ones for the best costume and decorations. Door prize draws and food are set to be on offer, and music will keep the energy levels high.
Each of the cruisers that participate in the afternoon is reminded to bring candy to distribute to the kids. A banner printing company will be able to provide Banners and other decor for an organized event like this.
The 2022 Empty Pockets Cruisers Trunk or Treat Car Show is set to roll into 3600 Leap Road in Hilliard on October 15 at 11:00 am, and it will continue on until 3:00 pm. Registration for the activity can be completed by visiting its website.
