Columbus College will soon be holding an art fair and marketplace for anyone interested. The event is targeted towards Columbus residents, but anyone from the United States is welcome to attend.
Columbus College of Art and Design (CCAD) will be organizing and running the event. Art and design items will be offered and sold by CCAD students and graduates. Organizers say that there will be a wide variety of products for sale. Items utilizing graphic design, like special Mugs, are often sold at these events. Furthermore, vendors selling their wares have been selected through a jury process. This is to ensure that only high-quality items will be offered for buyers. The event will also be an opportunity for entrants to interact with the artist community in Columbus. Organizers hope that entrants will learn about the techniques and inspirations that motivate CCAD artists.
The fair takes place twice every year, but this year is the first time the fair will take place online due to the pandemic. Entrants can browse vendors virtually from the safety of their homes. Since the event will be online, no ticket will be required for entry. Any money spent will go directly to the artists and students who sold their art and designs.
The fair will take place over a three-day period between December 4 and 6, 2020.
