New dining style comes to Mt. Kisco

Mt. Kisco recently became home to a new culinary trend – ‘Exit 4 Food Hall’.

This restaurant, located on Main Street, offers several dining options, with different food stations, featuring freshly prepared food made from local products.

Owner Isi Albanese commented that the Exit 4 Food Hall concept joins the many other new restaurants to have recently opened in Mt. Kisco, now making it a destination for dining. She added that Exit 4 is a fun and casual experience and enables emerging culinary talent the ability to create and experiment with new trends in food.

One of the eateries is Charcuterie 153, which offers cured and smoked meats and cheeses. Such seafood items as shrimp, oysters, and seafood small plates are on the menu at the Rawsome Seafood Bar. Inno Sushi by James offers a classic sushi bar with fresh grab-and-go or dine-in options. The former owner of A&S Marketplace, John Cioffi, has opened Rotiss-A-Q, Rotisserie, with cooked meats including pork, beef, and chicken.

Drink options include X4 on Tap, with a selection of wine, local craft beer, and cold-brewed coffee. Local chef Myong puts her special Korean/Asian twist on juices, healthy salads, and paninis at Dirty Roots by Myong.
