The Board of Trustees of the Katonah Museum of Art (KMA) will be holding a gala and auction next month. Residents of nearby Mt. Kisco who are interested in art and supporting this museum might be interested in attending.
This event promises to be a celebration of community, art, and inspired thinking. Brought together at this event are cultural leaders, artists, luminaries, collectors, and the community of the KMA to celebrate excellence across the arts.
This is the most important fundraiser of the year for the KMA. Proceeds from this event help to support the educational programs, exhibitions, and forward-thinking initiatives of the museum.
The KMA was established in 1954 and is housed in a modernist building designed by Edward Larrabee Barnes. Its mission is to focus on exceptional art while at the same time responding to the critical issues of the time through a vigorous and bold lens.
The gala will have a cocktail party, a seated dinner and program, live and silent auctions. The gala will be on Friday March 27. Cocktails and the silent auctions will begin at 5:30 p.m. followed by the dinner, a program, and the live auction at 7:00 p.m. It will be held at Blue Hill, Stone Barns.
Such events and their fundraising efforts can be promoted throughout a town and a region with poster printing.
