Mt. Kisco welcomes new phone and cable store

Optimum, a cable, phone, and Internet company, is now opened in Mt. Kisco.

This is their eighth such store in the Westchester and Dutchess County area.

The store is state-of-the-art, and offers the complete line of connectivity offerings from Optimum that includes home phone services, television, mobile, Wi-Fi, and internet access.

Also offered at the store is the ability to register for services, receiving assistance from a real person, and shopping for the latest mobile accessories and devices.

Regional manager and manager of the Mt. Kisco store, Sean Jackson, said the company has aggressively expanded over the past couple of years to better serve its customers. He said having more brick-and-mortar locations offers more services to customers, from doing mundane tasks such as paying bills, to finding new products that will enhance their connectivity.

Jackson added that the experience is different in a retail store as it is local, and customers can see someone face to face. He said that this makes for a more personalized setting where those who work in the store can see the customers they are serving, and determine their needs accordingly.

The hours of the store are from 10:00am to 7:00pm Monday through Saturday, and from noon to 5:00pm on Sunday.
