Mt. Kisco joins in upstate New York restaurant week

Hudson Valley Restaurant Week is currently underway in the counties of Ulster, Sullivan, Westchester, and Rockland counties, among others in New York. Several restaurants in Mt. Kisco are participating in this special event.

Restaurants in northern Westchester and the rest of the Hudson Valley are eager to serve customers at this time, as chefs feature their best dishes. Offerings include a prix-fixe lunch for $25.95 and dinner for $35.95, which can be ordered for take-out or eaten in the restaurant. These prices do not include beverages, tax, and a tip. Officials from Valley Table said that this is an ideal opportunity to return to old favorites, try out new restaurants, and help support local restaurants at this time.

Flyer printing is often used to promote such special events and feature Menus from participating restaurants.

One of the participating restaurants is La Camelia Restaurant. It sits on a hill overlooking the town and is a European country farmhouse. It offers authentic Portuguese and Spanish dishes, a large selection of wines, and a large tapas menu. Ingredients used in its dishes are fresh and grown on their property whenever possible. Another is Tipsy Taco Bar, which offers an innovative approach to Mexican food using locally sourced products and fresh cocktails made from local juicers.

Hudson Valley Restaurant Week began at the start of this week and runs through Sunday, November 22.
