uBreakiFix recently opened its 85th store in Mt. Kisco, the first of its planned locations in Westchester County.
The company offers repair services for a variety of electronic devices, including iPhones, iPods, tablets, smartphones, game consoles, and desktop computers.
According to the owner of the store, Seth Berkman, Mt. Kisco was the chosen location as the village has a wide of culinary options and shopping establishments. The store is in the center of town, next to the Metro North train station, and close to the Saw Mill Rover Parkway, making it accessible by both car and public transportation.
The Co-Founder and Vice President of uBreakiFix, David Reiff, added that uBreakiFix prides itself on not only providing excellent customer service backed by a national company but adapting its services to the needs of the local community and its markets.
The company provides diagnostics free of charge and can fix problems that can arise with small electronics, such as water damage and screens defects. While-you-wait services are available and a movie is provided during the repair time.
The store is open from 10:00 am until 7:00 pm from Monday through Saturday and from noon until 5:00 pm on Sunday. Using brochure printing is one way for the store to let people in the area become familiar with its services.
