Kohlberg & Company, L.L.C., headquartered in Mt. Kisco and a private equity firm, recently announced that it has acquired Nelipak Corporation, Inc. The operating name of the company will be Nelipak Healthcare Packaging.
Acquisitions such as this one may at times require the use of Logo Design as a company looks to rebrand its image.
Neilpak has its headquarters in Cranston, Rhode Island and provides custom designed rigid Packaging for pharmaceutical and medical device industries around the world. Pharmaceutical handling trays, surgical procedure trays, medical blisters and trays, and other value-added services are offered by its design, development, manufacturing, and quality-control teams based in-house. Over 800 people are employed by the company in its five production facilities in North and South America, and two more facilities in Europe.
President and CEO of Nelipak, Mike Kelly, commented that he believes the company has a bright future with Kohlberg. Kohlberg is committed to investing in his company so it can expand its offerings to its customers.
