Next Level Martial Arts (NLMA) in Mt. Kisco will be holding a grand opening celebration later this month.
Owner Chris Hall said the school offers kickboxing, martial arts, and fitness for adults, children, and teenagers in a family-friendly and fun atmosphere. Hall said he selected Mt. Kisco as the location for his business as he felt the town had a great deal to offer. He expressed his excitement about being part of the community.
Hall selected the name based on the goal of the school to help people grow and improve mentally, emotionally, and physically.
Classes offered at NLMA include Karate for Kids, which helps children to understand discipline and self-defense in a safe and cooperative environment; Martial Arts for Teens, a basic class based on core Thai Kickboxing skills; and Martial Arts and Fitness for Adults, a class offering a full-body martial arts workout based on Thai boxing, an efficient and effective program of fitness and self-defense. Brochure printing can be used to provide more details about availability and cost of these classes.
The official grand opening will be held on Saturday, October 19 beginning at 9:00 am with a ribbon-cutting ceremony presided by Mayor Gina Picinich at 11:00 am. There will be games and classes for adults, followed by classes for children, a moon bounce, food and beverages, and many other activities.
