Karting center in Mt. Kisco expands Northeast presence
Grand Prix New York and its karting center in Mt. Kisco have been acquired by K1 Speed, the largest operator of indoor go kart racing in the world located in Mt. Kisco. This is the first of four centers the company plans to acquire this year as part of its expansion in the Northeast.
K1 Speed, which has been renamed to K1 Speed Mt. Kisco, is 100,000 square feet in size and has a karting track that spans multiple levels, an arcade of 6,000 square feet with many prize machines and video games, all-new Junior Karts for kids and Adult Karts for teens and adults, seven private bowling lanes for private use, 12 bowling lanes for use by the public, a restaurant and bar, and meeting rooms for private events and parties.
Flyer printing can be used to offer more details about such features and amenities of go-kart racing.
Susan Danglard, co-founder and director of marketing, said that K1 was started 20 years ago with the goal of making a sport that was very exclusive, more affordable and accesses for the general public. She added that this expansion in the Northeast demonstrates the commitment of the company to its mission. She said that in the near future there will be a K1 Speed close to anyone in the Northeast so they can experience the nest kart racing in the world.
