Italian restaurant to relaunch with new dining concept

Isidoro “Isi” Albanese, Mt. Kisco restaurateur, will be closing Bellizzi Restaurant on Main Street and opening Exit 4 Food Hall by the second week of this month.

The new eatery will offer a new concept of an indoor food hall, with a variety of different food stations offering the local farm-to-table ingredients. There will be craft beer and wine and charcuterie, a station for homemade fresh pasta, a wood-fired pizza station, and a rice/quinoa bowl and Ramen station and among other selections. Joe DiMauro of Mt. Kisco Seafood will provide food for sushi, a raw bar, and lobster rolls.

Up to 85 guests will be able to sit in the restaurant, which is intended to be affordable in a casual dining atmosphere. All food will also be available for delivery and catering.

According to Albanese, there have been many changes in the town that have had an impact on the former restaurant and while it endeavoured to evolve with the changes, it was time to try something new. Albanese feels that this concept will be ideal for the town and sees the closing of Belizzi as moving towards a better future.

Albanese has been using newsletter printing to Print a periodic to keep customers informed of the transitions taking place at the restaurant and to offer tastings of the planned stations that will be at Exit 4 Food Hall.
