Epic festival comes to Mt. Kisco this month

The Mt. Kisco Chamber of Commerce will be hosting SeptemberFest ’22 later this month.

The festivities will begin on a Friday evening with a carnival in Shopper’s Park, and the Festival Eats & Ale Beer Garden and Food Court. The latter will feature beer and wine from Captain Lawrence, Leonard Park Wines & Spirits, and Exit 4, along with food trucks with many different cuisines.

Throughout the weekend the SeptemberFest stage will present live musical entertainment on the Mt. Kisco Dental Group stage featuring the Jay Prince Band, sponsored by D’Errico Jewelers.

The annual Street Fair will take place on Saturday and will highlight the unique items from the many businesses in town as well as non-profit groups in the area. Those who run such non-profit organizations may want to engage in brochure printing to provide more information about their efforts and encourage people to volunteer.

The annual boot drive will be held by the Mt. Kisco Volunteer Fire Department on South Moger Avenue, where attendees can also learn about being a firefighter. The ambulance will also be on display by the Mt. Kisco Volunteer Ambulance Corps, while the Westchester County Police will have its K9 unit and trucks for viewing. Antique cars will also be on display with more items for shopping in the Festival Tent area.

SeptemberFest ’22 will run from Friday, September 16 through Sunday, September 18.
