Ground has been broken by Toll Brothers, Inc. on Chappaqua Crossing Carriages, a new development of luxury homes in Chappaqua.
This is in addition to the many retail establishments in the development, including Whole Foods Market as an anchor and a unique apartment concept. Residents of nearby Mt. Kisco may be interested in these new homes.
Chappaqua Crossing Carriages will include 91 homes that will include townhouse models in a newly designed carriage style. Five home designs will be available ranging in size from 2,503 to 2,906 square feet in area. Among the amenities of the designs are two-car garages, rooftop terraces, and open floor plans. Printing services can be used to create Flyers and other materials that provide more details about such homes.
James Fitzpatrick, a spokesperson for Toll Brothers, said these new floor plans are designed with many customizable options that appeal to the homebuyers of today. He added that Toll Brothers is known for providing such options and offering residents the best of luxury living. He expressed his excitement about being able to bring this collection of new homes to the community.
It is expected that model homes will be available for viewing this winter, with sales of the new homes to begin this fall. Those interested in such homes can begin to personalize their residence by visiting the Toll Brothers Design Studio in Danbury, Connecticut.Get a Free Quote for Flyers
