An afternoon of cocktails, food, and fundraising is coming up near Huntington this autumn, giving individuals who love animals an opportunity to support animal welfare.
The Rescue Social by United Animal Welfare Society is preparing to welcome guests to a horse farm near Huntington to come together and raise much-needed funds for animal welfare. The gathering, which will be held at The Barn at Cedar Croft Farm, will benefit the Southampton Animal Shelter Foundation’s rescue and rehabilitation efforts.
Attendees will get to sip on cocktails and network with like-minded individuals while enjoying live musical performances. Hors d’oeuvres will be available as light bites from 3:00pm to 7:00pm. Adoptable cats and dogs will also be at the host venue, and guests can enter into raffles for the chance to win. Print shops can help organizers reach a broad audience through flyer and poster printing to help promote events like this.
The gathering will double as an opportunity to learn more about the Southampton Animal Shelter Foundation, an open-admission, no-kill animal shelter. Guests can look forward to an evening in a rural setting where their efforts make a difference.
The social will be held at 250 Vernon Valley Road in nearby Northport. It opens at 3:00pm on Saturday, October 3rd. Tickets are available online starting at $215.26 for general admission.
