Huntington residents will have a chance to get up close and personal with Santa, as they and their children shop for toys with the Jolly Old Elf, in a safe, comfortable environment.
Einstein's Attic in Northport is a short distance from Huntington, and it will be the place to be to take part in the Santa Experience. Organizers of the event want to help bring children's imaginations to life, as they interact closely with Santa Claus.
The event begins as children take their parents through an old-fashioned toy shop. The children will choose the toys they'd like to receive at Christmas, and place them in their “Santa sack.” Parents will receive a golden ticket that entitles them to receive a $20 discount on a single item. The family will also have a chance to decorate an ornament to remember this special Christmas.
Each family will meet Santa in private. Parents will be able to videotape their children as the youngsters talk with Santa, and show him the toys they have selected. This Santa has a great deal of experience with special needs children. Banner printing can be used to provide appropriate decorations for events like this.
Since Santa is a busy man, there are only a limited number of appointments available. Parents should go to Eventbrite to sign up. Santa will be at Einstein's on December 5, with appointments at 4:00 pm, 5:00 pm, 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm; and December 12 and December 19, at the same times.
