Killer Queen, a tribute band for the legendary group Queen, will be at The Paramount this summer, along with their guest Soraia. Killer Queen first got together in 1993, at which time its lead singer, Patrick Myers, thought they might last a summer season at the very most. However, Killer Queen loved performing the iconic songs so much, and the audiences who had never had a chance to see the original band loved the tribute band so much, their popularity kept growing.
The original Queen, with their legendary frontman Freddie Mercury, first got together in 1970 in London. Queen anthems such as “We Are the Champions” and “We Will Rock You” are still heard everywhere, and in their career, Queen sold somewhere between 170 and 300 million albums.

Their opening act, Soraia, is a post-grunge, alternative rock outfit based in Philadelphia. They have toured for years, building a fan base that now extends around the world. The group has now released three albums and six singles.
The performances are set for July 11, at 8.00 pm, with the doors opening at 6.30 pm. The additional performance has been scheduled for July 14, with the same hours. Poster printing can provide attractive advertising for events like this.
