Two local organizations will be organizing a golfing activity in July at the Cold Spring Hills Country Club in Huntington.
The 7th Annual Karen Naclerio-Negrin Memorial Golf Outing is co-presented by Feel the Beat and Mothers Against Drunk Driving New York (MADD NY). The activity will begin with a group brunch and conclude with an awards dinner. People can participate in several contests during the outing, including Closest to the Pin and Longest Drive. The keynote speaker for the event is Alisa McMorris, a regional board member of MADD NY and the co-president of the Andrew McMorris Foundation.
Companies can support the event and its beneficiaries by becoming a sponsor. The packages range from $2,000 to $14,000 and offer organizations benefits like a customized tee sign on the golf course. Businesses that pay $14,000 will receive logo recognition on signage at the venue’s clubhouse and two customized pin flags. Organizations that pay at least $6,000 will be given free tickets to participate in the golf outing.
The golf fundraiser will be on Monday, July 24 from 9:30 am to 8:00 pm. Tickets for a single golfer will cost $1,000, and admission for a team of four is $3,500. Those only interested in joining the awards dinner may pay $300. People who put together fundraisers like this may use banner printing to market their charitable outings to the community.
