Huntington chamber to hold holiday event

The Huntington Township Chamber of Commerce will organize a seasonal party in December at Finley's on Green Street.


The Huntington Chamber Holiday Party is an annual celebration where members can mingle with their peers while they enjoy alcoholic beverages and light appetizers. Those who attend the party are asked to bring an unwrapped toy to the event for families in need. Several businesses have already sponsored the celebration, such as NationalGrid, Digho, and Huntington Hospital Northwell Health. People who want to be chamber members can pay for memberships that start at $150.00. The small business package costs $325.00 and is intended for companies with ten or fewer employees.


The Huntington Township Chamber of Commerce is an organization with over 500 members that organizes more than 75 events each year. A few major events created by the chamber include the Long Island Fall Festival and the Seaside Soiree. The group is also comprised of several committees, like the Sustainable Practices Committee, The Veterans Committee, and the Business Development Resource Committee.


The chamber's annual holiday party will be on Wednesday, December 6th from 5:00pm to 8:00pm. Tickets to the event are priced at $25 per person, and advance registration is required for the party.
