Foxgate, a luxury condo development in Islip, has received permission to go ahead with its second phase. The Town of Islip approved second-floor balconies, a security gatehouse, and a clubhouse for the project.
The first phase of the project, which comprises 40 units, has sold out. The second phase, which will offer 46 units, should be finished some time in 2017, and 30% of its units have already been presold.
The complex is being marketed by Laffey Real Estate, and according to Laffey’s developments director, Allison Mulhall, there has been a marked increase in traffic coming to see the complex.
In its entirety, Foxgate comprises 184 units, which are being built in four phases. The clubhouse design is patterned after a firehouse; a historic building that once stood on the same spot. The complex’s amenities, when finished, will include a lounge, fitness center, heated swimming pool with showers, and a ballroom.
Prices for units that offer two baths and two bedrooms start at $275,000. There are a number of upgrade packages available.
Developments like these can benefit when marketers and developers work with brochure printing companies, which can create Booklets that describe projects in detail. They can provide a written guide to what new residents and commercial tenants can expect if they rent space or buy a unit, and if the brochure includes photos, prospective residents/tenants will have an accurate idea of the units.
