Bay Shore organizes holiday open house sale
A Bay Shore venue will be opening its doors for a seasonal fund raising sale that will put the area's small business side in the spotlight.
Gibson-Mack-Holt House is set to welcome shoppers for the Small Business Saturday Snowflake Sale and Open House that will wrap up November. It will feature a special guest in traditional garb, and the whole family is invited to drop by.
The venue will be decorated for the season, and the public can browse through an assortment of vendor tables. There will also be exhibits to view that showcase Bay Shore history, and as there will be a Victorian style Santa stopping by to meet the kids, parents may want to make sure they keep their phone or camera handy for this free photo op. The function will run for six hours, and Santa will be on hand starting at 11:00 am.
An event with a historical flavor may call for period style decor. A printing services company that can perform house graphic design work will be happy to help, and can prepare items for single or multiple use.
